SHIPPING POLICY

Orders currently have a 5-7 working days turnaround, this is subject to change during our busy periods but we will keep you upto date if this is the case.  All items will be sent via standard delivery with Evri (unless otherwise requested and payment agreed) and tracking numbers sent with your dispatch email

Whilst every effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence.

The Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

 We have no control over courier delivery dates or Royal mail delays. No compensation will be available in the event of goods being lost or damaged, within the UK, when being sent by a postal service (Royal Mail post or by air mail post) nor via UPS . If goods are sent by the Courier Service then damages or shortages must be reported to us the Company within 48 hours of delivery taking place.  We are not liable for lost parcels that have been marked delivered.

Unless otherwise agreed the Company, replacement items will not automatically be sent on the loss of undelivered items, nor refunds. We, are not liable for lost parcels due to couriers or royal mail. 

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

we use ups as our preferred shipment service. all our parcels are sent signed for to ensure, to us that parcels are delivered to the customer. we require, at checkout a phone number for customs paperwork. failure to provide this and an active email address will incur a delay in shipment time. 

If an order is marked dispatched, our administrators will send an email with the parcel details for tracking purposes. once parcel is delivered and marked as such, we are no longer liable for the parcel. Any returns required MUST meet our returns policy as set out above. 

RETURN POLICY

Personalised items are non- returnable or refundable unless item arrives damaged.  If this is the case photos must be sent of the damage to us the same day the item is received. Please provide photos of the packaging if that was damaged.  If packaging is noticeably damaged when delivered please refuse delivery so that it is returned to us and we will immediately replace and reissue while we claim from the carrier.

In accordance with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2003, the following applies to all distance selling contracts (except business to business transactions, which would normally include the supply of all products in the trade supply of sublimation, garment decoration, hardware and equipment):

The buyer is entitled to return the goods within 14 working days for a refund (excluding  postage costs) subject to the following:

It is reasonable for the buyer to open the outer packaging and inspect the goods. It is not acceptable to break any seals on the sublimation blanks  

If the goods are not as specified, advertised or faulty, then the buyer may reject the goods under The Consumer Rights Act 2015

If the buyer properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 within 14 working days via message to us, the buyer shall be responsible for the return cost of the goods at their expense of postage. 

If the returned goods received by the Company at our business registered address of S01-02 Peel House, Peel Road, Skelmersdale, WN8 9PT are not in a sellable as new condition, then the Company reserves the right to refuse a full refund. 

Refunds are normally made within 30 days of the receipt of goods. Refunds are not available for any customized product, such as customized cut products unless they are received as damaged or faulty

The Company accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving of faulty goods. Faulty goods received shall be dealt with as outlined below.

Damaged items, faulty items: 

The Company cannot accept any returned goods found to fall into one or more of the following categories:

The goods are in some way physically damaged by the buyer.

The goods are found not to have been sold to the customer by the Company.

The goods are outside the 30 day return date. 

 

Upon return of goods found to be faulty, the Company offers the following service: To return a  replacement of the item within 30 days of receiving the damaged items. 

If goods are ordered in error they may be returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act within 14 days for a full refund (except so far as supplied in a business to business relationship as described above). 

Except as may be implied by law where the buyer is dealing as a consumer, in event of any breach of these Conditions by the Company the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Paypal disputes

If a buyer wishes to cancel their order before the order is posted then  we will refund all monies minus the shipping costs as per paypal. If the order has been dispatched then we will only refund monies as per our terms above,

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment via paypal or wix payments using all major credit an debit cards.

If you would prefer to pay via bank trnasfer please be aware that we will not start to produce your items until payment has landed in our account.

Any orders that you would like to collect at the office must be paid for in advance, though you are welcome to buy additional items upon collection, we offer card payment or cash at this point
